Oh, Canada... please get serious about Wood Buffalo National Park 🎝🎝🎝

And, while you're at it, please stop calling it Wood Buffalo... there are no indigenous buffalo in Canada, only bison... so let's rename the park Wood Bison National Park.

Anyone even remotely interested in environmental issues cannot help but be deeply disappointed with Canada's thus far weak-kneed commitments to save the almost 45,000 square kilometers of grasslands, wetlands, and waterways, the world's only breeding ground for endangered whooping cranes and home to the world's largest herd of free-ranging wood bison (please, not buffalo).
